Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: At Phoenix Coaching and Consulting, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. We value your time and ours and strive to ensure a smooth and efficient coaching experience. Please review our coaching session cancellation policy below: 1. Rescheduling a Coaching Session: - If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a mutually convenient alternative time slot. - Please note that rescheduling is subject to coach availability. 2. Cancellation of a Coaching Session: - If you need to cancel a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the session or discuss alternative options. - If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. 3. Emergency Situations: - In case of emergency situations that prevent you from attending a coaching session, please notify us as soon as possible. We will handle such situations with flexibility and compassion, considering rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis. 4. Late Arrival: - We value punctuality and recommend being ready for your coaching session at the scheduled time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. However, please note that late arrival may result in a shortened session to ensure fairness to other clients with scheduled sessions. 5. Coach Cancellation: - In the unlikely event that a coaching session needs to be canceled by the coach, we will make every effort to provide you with advance notice and offer a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. If a suitable rescheduling option cannot be arranged, a refund for the canceled session will be issued.
